Databack is responsible for processing the personal data you provide when you visit its website or use the various forms on the site.

The following table provides information on the processing of personal data carried out by Databack in its capacity as data controller, it being understood that we carry out the processing directly linked to the performance of our services in our capacity as personal data processor. You will find our commitments in this respect in our contractual documentation.

In this table, data marked with an * are required for processing.

These maximum retention periods may vary if legal or regulatory requirements set different periods.

In addition, these periods may be increased by the statute of limitations for legal actions that may arise from the relationship, for legitimate purposes related to Databack’s needs, including, but not limited to, defending its interests, meeting the requirements of law, regulation, court order, or cooperating in an investigation or legal proceeding.

This data will then no longer be kept in the active database, but will be archived on an interim basis.

Where appropriate, we will use an asterisk (*) to inform you of the information that must be provided in order to process your request.

We only forward your data to carefully selected third parties, mainly the following:

  • Agence Strat Engine: service provider in charge of website management and commercial canvassing (including management of contact forms),
  • OVH: website hosting provider,
  • Sendgrid: service provider involved in sending our newsletter (when you have subscribed),
  • Efficy: service provider involved in the management of our customers (current and potential), and in particular in the management of quotation request forms, in order to facilitate processing and respond to you as quickly as possible.

We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that our service providers who have access to your data are subject to strict obligations, particularly in terms of confidentiality and security (physical, logical, organizational).

We may also transmit your information at the request of regulatory authorities or government and law enforcement agencies.

We would also like to point out that, with the exception of the processing of cookies and the newsletter, your data will not be transferred outside the European Union. When such transfers take place to countries that do not benefit from an adequacy decision issued by the Commission, our service providers use the standard contractual clauses drawn up by the European Commission, which are available on request from the e-mail address given in this policy.

We have chosen not to use social network plugins that allow content to be directly linked. The only links to social networks we provide are to our pages on those networks.

  • Access your data;

If a significant modification of our Privacy Policy should be necessary, we will inform you by any useful means, reminding you of the possibility of deleting your data if the changes made are unfortunately unable to satisfy you.
